MindScroll is small and early. Everyone who joins right now has a real role with real impact — not busywork. If any of the positions below sound like you, apply. We read every application.
Run our Instagram and LinkedIn presence. Create posts explaining the research in accessible ways, build carousel graphics, engage with followers, and help grow MindScroll's audience from the ground up. You'd have real ownership of the content strategy.
Help strengthen the literature review, source new studies, fact-check claims, and support the longitudinal study. You'd be working directly with the research that everything else is built on. Background in psychology, public health, or related fields is helpful but not required.
Help build relationships with school counselors, youth organizations, and potential university partners. Draft outreach emails, track conversations, and help MindScroll get its tools into the hands of people who can use them. Strong communicators preferred.
Help improve the website, build new interactive tools (like the sleep tracker we're planning), and make the assessment experience better. HTML/CSS/JS is the minimum — React or Python experience is a plus.
Takes about 2 minutes. We usually respond within a week.
